A block listing application has been made for 1,600,000 Ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange.
The shares will be issued fully paid and will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued Ordinary shares of the Company. 200,000 of these shares are being listed in connection with share options relating to the Unilog (a Logica plc Company) 2001 Share Option Scheme; 1,000,000 shares are being listed in connection with the Company's 1995 UK Sharesave Scheme and 400,000 are being listed in connection with the Company's 1996 Executive Share Option Scheme.
