A block listing application has been made for a total of 10,000,000 Ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange.
The shares will be issued fully paid and will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued Ordinary shares of the Company. 6,000,000 of these shares are being listed in connection with share awards relating to the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan. 2,000,000 of these shares are being listed in connection with share awards relating to the Company's UK Sharesave Plan and 2,000,000 of these shares are being listed in connection with share awards relating to the Company's International Sharesave Plan.
