Lenta Announces EGM

St. Petersburg, Russia, 1 November 2020: Lenta PLC (MOEX & LSE: LNTA), one of the largest retail chains in Russia, announces that a Notice of an Extraordinary General Meeting of the company (the "EGM Notice") has today been dispatched by fax to shareholders and posted on Lenta's website: http://www.lentainvestor.com/egm.

The Extraordinary General Meeting will be held on Monday 23 November at 12:00 noon Moscow time at Lenta offices, located at 112B Savushkina street, St. Petersburg, Russia.

The EGM Notice has been published and is available at http://www.lentainvestor.com/egm together with (for information purposes) a copy of the notice dispatched by fax to shareholders referred to above.

In accordance with Listing Rule 14.3.6, electronic copy of this notice has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.
