LENTA ANNOUNCES CHANGE IN CAPITAL STRUCTURE
St. Petersburg, Russia; 30 April 2019 - Lenta Ltd ("Lenta" or the "Company"), one of the largest retail chains in Russia, in accordance with FCA Listing Rule 14.3.17R(1), today announces a change in its capital structure. The Company has today issued 77,667 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company pursuant to the Company's long-term incentive plan. These shares represent approximately 0.080% of the Company's issued share capital prior to the issuance. Following the issuance, the Company has 97,585,932 issued ordinary shares.
