The Company announces that, following the Tender Offer set out in the circular published by the Company on 26 July 2017 which closed on 11 August 2017, Neil Lerner has notified the Company of the sale by tender of 5,287 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 70 pence per Ordinary Share.
The Company has also been notified of the sale by tender of 1,752 Ordinary Shares at a price of 70 pence per Ordinary Share by Susan Lerner, a person closely associated with Neil Lerner.
Following these transactions, Mr Lerner, together with his connected persons, is interested in 30,748 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.04% of the issued share capital of the Company.
The notification below, made in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulations, provides further detail in respect of the transaction as described above.
