Dividend Declaration
LondonMetric Property Plc has today declared a third quarterly interim dividend of 1.85 pence per Ordinary Share ("Dividend").
Furthermore, and in line with its progressive dividend policy, the Company expects to announce with its full year results that the fourth quarterly interim dividend will be increased by at least 5%.
The Dividend timetable is set out below:
Ex-dividend date | 15 March 2018 |
Record date | 16 March 2018 |
Dividend payment date | 19 April 2018 |
The Dividend will be paid as a Property Income Distribution ("PID") and it is intended that a scrip dividend alternative will be available to shareholders.
