Total Voting Rights and Capital as at 31 May 2019

Pursuant to DTR 5.6.1 R (1), Lonmin Plc ("the Company") hereby notifies the market that the Company's issued share capital as at 31 May 2019 consists of 290,394,531 Ordinary Shares of US$0.0001 each (with voting rights), 586,906,900 2015 Deferred Shares of US$0.999999 each (with no voting rights) and 50,000 Deferred Shares of £1 each (with no voting rights).

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 290,394,531. This figure should be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they can determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
