An application was made on 30 May 2019 to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for 7,610,243 Ordinary Shares of $0.0001 each to trade on the London Stock Exchange and to be admitted to the Official List. The shares shall rank equally with the existing issued shares of the Company.
All of these shares were issued to the Lonmin Employee Share Trust on 29 May 2019. This will enable the trustee to settle awards granted under the Company's Annual Share Award Plan that are due to vest on completion of the acquisition of Lonmin Plc by Sibanye-Stillwater.
It is expected that admission will commence at 8.00 a.m. on 4 June 2019.
