Notification of transactions of persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMRs")
Liontrust announces that certain options granted to the following Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility (PDMRs) under the 2024 Save as You Earn (SAYE) scheme have been cancelled as detailed below. Both persons have made applications to participate in the 2025 SAYE scheme and it is expected that new options will be granted following approval. A further announcement will be made in due course.
