PDMR Dealing
Likewise Group plc (AIM:LIKE) announces that the Company has been notified that on 15 April 2024, PDMR, James Kellett, transferred 185,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Shares") held by himself to a self-invested personal pension account ("SIPP") held in his name, at a price of 16 pence.
The SIPP transfer was effected by the sale and immediate repurchase of the Shares. Following the SIPP transfer, the number and beneficial ownership of Shares held by Mr Kellett and his closely related persons is unchanged.
