Directors' Share Options
Lighthouse Group plc (AIM: LGT), one of the UK's largest Independent Financial Advisory and Wealth Management groups, announces that, pursuant to the authority granted by the Company's Annual General Meeting on 24 April 2008, the Company has granted options over 2,766,220 ordinary shares of 1p each to five Executive Directors under the terms of the Company's Unapproved Share Option Scheme and 177,134 under the terms of its Approved Share Option Scheme.
The options are granted at an exercise price of 21.5p per share, the prevailing price at the date the invitations for the option grants were issued and are exercisable between the third and tenth anniversary of the grant.
The options granted and the total options held following this grant are stated below.
