Redemption of £600,000,000 Fixed Rate Reset Subordinated Notes (the "Notes") due 2064 (ISIN: XS1079028566) issued by Legal & General Group Plc

Reference is made to the Terms and Conditions (the "Terms and Conditions") of the Notes and to the Final Terms of the Notes dated 24 June 2014. Terms and expressions defined in the Terms and Conditions of the Notes shall have the same meanings in this notice.

On 8 September 2025, Legal & General Group Plc announced the successful completion of a tender offer to all holders of the Notes, pursuant to which £587,295,000 in aggregate nominal amount of the Notes (the "Tendered Notes") were validly tendered for purchase by Noteholders.

The Tendered Notes were repurchased and cancelled by Legal & General Group Plc on 9 September 2025. As at the date hereof, £12,705,000 in aggregate nominal amount of the Notes remain outstanding (the "Outstanding Notes").

Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with Condition 6(f) of the Terms and Conditions, Legal & General Group Plc will redeem the Outstanding Notes at their Special Redemption Price on 2 February 2026, together with all accrued but unpaid interest payable thereon. Following such redemption, there will be no Notes outstanding.

The listing of the Notes on the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and the admission of the Notes to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange will be cancelled on, or shortly after, 2 February 2026.
