HOLDINGS IN COMPANY
Filtronic plc (AIM: FTC), the designer and manufacturer of products for the wireless telecoms and critical communications markets, announces that the Company has received a TR1 notification from Legal & General Group Plc informing us their direct holding has reduced to 3.91%. Their overall direct and indirect holding has subsequently reduced to 6.38%. The TR1 notification received is attached to this announcement.
