*As announced on 17 July 2013, the Company raised approximately $20 million via a placing of 33,850,000 ordinary shares in Lekoil (the "Ordinary Shares"). Shareholders not participating in the placing pro rata to their pre-existing shareholdings will have had their beneficial shareholdings diluted on the dates that the Ordinary Shares were admitted to trading on AIM in two tranches, being 22 July 2013 and 7 August 2013. ** This post-transaction holding is based on the assumption by Investec Asset Management Ltd that the second tranche of shares to be allocated to Investec Asset Management Ltd in the placing would be approved at the Company's EGM on 7 August 2013. *** Senator Investment Group LP also subscribed in the placing, and thus the transaction was completed in two tranches, with the second tranche being approved on 7 August 2013. | ||||||||

Further to the announcement on 17 July 2013 and for the purposes of the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, Lekoil advises that the total number of shares in issue and total voting rights as at the date of this notice is 216,624,233 Ordinary Shares of US$0.00005 each.
Lekoil does not hold any shares in treasury and, therefore, the above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in Lekoil.
