LED International Holdings Ltd04 December 2006 LED International Holdings Limited ("LED International" or "the Group") LED International, which specialises in the development, manufacture and sale ofscreens and other LED products, announces that the Group has signed a memorandumof understanding ("MOU") with the Harbin Environment Managing Office, a regionalgovernmental office in the People's Republic of China ("PRC"). Under the terms of the MOU, LED International will provide and install LEDlighting for the planned civic projects in Harbin, Heilongjiang province, PRC. LED has received an initial deposit of RMB2m from the City of Harbin and work isexpected to commence shortly.
