The Company notes the recent fall in its share price and confirms that it knows of no reason for the fall. As announced on 25 June 2018, the Company expects to complete the payment of proceeds of approximately £19.5 million to Shareholders, in accordance with the compulsory redemption, on 10 July 2018. The Company refers to its previous announcement on 25 June 2018 regarding post redemption activities.
