Orderly realisation and return of capital to shareholders

Following a review of the investment portfolio and strategy of the Company as well as consultation with its major shareholders, the Board of Leaf has decided to recommend to shareholders that the investment policy of the Company is amended such that the Board can pursue a strategy of orderly realisation and return of capital to shareholders. it is emphasised that the orderly realisation strategy will not result in the liquidation of the Company in the immediate future or require it to dispose of assets within a defined time frame. The proposed new strategy will be implemented in such a manner that maximises the value of the Company's investments.

A circular will be sent to shareholders on or around 9 June containing details of the proposed change of investment policy, the Board's recommendation and a notice of general meeting to approve the change of investment policy and related matters.
