Following a re-organisation on 02 April 2012, Lansdowne UK Equity Fund Limited ("the Feeder Fund") has now become a feeder fund to Lansdowne Developed Markets Master Fund Limited (the "Master Fund"). The re-organisation involved the transfert by the Feeder Fund of all of its assets to the Maser Fund.

Included within the aggregate holding described in Section 8 are 18,340,000 shares now held by Lansdowne Developed Markets Master Fund Limited representing 14.24% of Leaf Clean Energy Co's voting rights. Further to this, the Feeder Fund no longer has a holding in Leaf Clean Energy Company.
