Leaf Clean Energy Company ("Leaf" or the "Company")

Directorate ChangeFurther to the announcement made on 26 March and following a smooth handover, the Company notifies that Mark Lerdal will assume the role of Chairman effective today and Peter Tom will be stepping down from the Board. The Company wishes to record its thanks and appreciation to Peter Tom for his outstanding leadership and contribution. Peter joined Leaf from its Admission to AIM in 2007 and has guided the Company through challenging circumstances and difficult markets. We wish Peter continued success.
