Leed (AIM: LDP), the investing company with a focus on making investments in the natural resources sector, announces that it was today notified by Old Church Street Holdings Limited ("Old Church Street") that it holds 400,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.1p each, representing approximately 15.98 per cent of the Company's issued ordinary share capital. Old Church Street is a privately owned investment holding company that predominately invests in the natural resources sector. Old Church Street is owned by Eqinox Trustees for a trust for which John McKeon is the primary discretionary beneficiary.
