The Board is pleased to report that it expects Group results for the year ended31 December 2006 to be in line with market expectations. It should be emphasisedthat these results required the Group to achieve a highly challenging target ofmore than a two fold increase in profits over the previous year. The Group experienced strong organic growth in its main trading divisions duringthe year and this has continued in early 2007. Capital Spreads, the spreadbetting division, continues to attract new customers at an encouraging rate andCapital Forex, the foreign exchange division, is also growing rapidly in anexpanding market place. Capital Derivatives, the institutional derivates brokingdivision, has had a satisfactory twelve months and is seeking to expand itsproduct services in 2007.
