LCG, the financial spread betting and CFD provider, announces that it has granted Mark Slade, CEO, options (the "Options") over 1,595,500 ordinary shares in the Company. The Options have an exercise price of 30 pence per share and will vest three years after the date of the grant. The Options have been granted under the rules of the Company's Unapproved Share Option Plan and have an exercise price of 30 pence per share being the closing mid-market price on 4 April 2013.
