Resignation of Non Executive Director

The Board of London Capital Group Holdings plc announces that Jack Inglis, Non-Executive Director to the Board since April 2007, has stepped down with immediate effect to pursue other interests.

CEO Simon Denham said "We are enormously grateful for the time, help and support that Jack has shown the company over the past three years and we wish him well for the future."
