DIRECTORATE CHANGE AT LEEDS BUILDING SOCIETY
Neil Fuller, an Independent Non-Executive Director of the Society since December 2020, will replace David Fisher as Chair of the Board Risk Committee from January 2022, subject to regulatory approval. David Fisher will remain an Independent Non-Executive Director of the Society.
