Advancement of Two Loans

The Company has completed two further transactions bringing the total number of loans funded to seven.

The sixth loan closed is to Halcyon Nominees Limited for £8.6 million and has a maturity date of November 2018 to re-finance a portfolio of ground rents underpinned primarily by industrial property. It is secured by a first and only charge on a portfolio of 21 separate commercial freeholds predominantly located in the East, London and South East. The loan is fully compliant with the parameters set out in the Prospectus.

The seventh loan closed is to Carrara Nominees Limited for £1.3 million and has a maturity date of November 2018 to re-finance a ground rent underpinned by an office property. It is secured by a first and only charge on the freehold interest in an office building in the North. The loan is fully compliant with the parameters set out in the Prospectus. Both of these loans have a common sponsor although they are not cross collateralised.

The completion of this loan increases the total investments made to date to £74.005 million, representing 72.2% of available capital.
