Litebulb Group Limited (LBB.L) was informed that on 28 March 2012 Simon McGivern, CEO, sold 7.2m ordinary shares at a price of 0.82 pence and on the same day, Mr. McGivern's wife, Joanna Mcgivern, bought 7.2m ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 0.8204 pence per share. Mr. McGivern also transferred 2.5m ordinary shares in the Company to his wife on the same day.
Following these transactions Mr. McGivern's beneficial interest of 74,312,876 ordinary shares, representing 7.68% of the total voting rights in the Company remains unchanged.
