LONDON & ASSOCIATED PROPERTIES PLC (“the Company”):

DIRECTOR’S SHARE DEALING

On 16 June 2016 the Company was notified by Sir Michael Heller, Chairman of the Company, that M Heller Marriage Settlement had sold 300,000 Ordinary Shares of 10p each in the Company (“Ordinary Shares”) at a price of 25p. The shares were acquired by Metroc Limited, Barmik Properties Limited and London & South Yorkshire Securities Limited, private companies controlled by Sir Michael Heller, and each purchased 100,000 Ordinary Shares at the same price.

Sir Michael Heller and his family continue to have an interest in 47,855,191 Ordinary Shares of the Company representing 56.24% of the issued share capital.

The Company holds 448,362 Ordinary Shares in treasury and has 85,094,349 Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding treasury shares). 85,094,349 represents the total voting rights in the Company and may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they can determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
