As at 20 December 2006, the issued share capital and voting rights of LONDON & ASSOCIATED PROPERTIES PLC are as follows:
LONDON & ASSOCIATED PROPERTIES PLC'S share capital consists of 76,228,615 Ordinary 10p shares with voting rights attached (one vote per Ordinary share). A further 6,088,357 Ordinary shares are held in Treasury. Therefore the total number of voting rights in LONDON & ASSOCIATED PROPERTIES PLC
is 76,228,615.
The above total voting rights figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine whether they are required to notify their interests in, or a change to their interest in, LONDON & ASSOCIATED PROPERTIES PLC under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
