In accordance with the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, Land Securities Group PLC confirms that, as at 1 November 2012, its issued ordinary share capital consisted of 790,172,610 shares of 10p each, of which 9,026,249 shares were held in Treasury.

Accordingly, the total number of voting rights in Land Securities Group PLC as at
1 November 2012 was 781,146,361.
