SCRIP CALCULATION PRICE AND PAYMENT DATE
Land Securities Group PLC (the "Company") offers shareholders the opportunity to elect for Ordinary Shares credited as fully paid in lieu of cash dividends by participating in its Scrip Dividend Scheme (the "Scheme").
On 15 May 2013, the Company announced a final dividend of 7.6 pence per Ordinary Share for the financial year ended 31 March 2013. The scrip calculation price for those who elected to receive the scrip alternative is 877.70 pence.
The scrip calculation price was the average of the closing middle market quotations of an Ordinary Share, derived from the London Stock Exchange Daily Official List, for the five consecutive business days from 25 June 2013 to 1 July 2013 (inclusive). The deadline for applications under the Scheme was 24 June 2013.
The payment of the dividend will occur, subject to approval by shareholders at the Company's AGM to be held on 18 July 2013, on 19 July 2013 to shareholders on the register on 21 June 2013.
