Director Shareholding
In respect of Land Securities Group PLC's (the Company) 5 for 8 Rights Issue of up to 290,773,925 new ordinary shares of 10p each (New Shares) at 270 pence per New Share, which closed for acceptances on 24 March 2009, each Director has taken up in full his or her rights to acquire New Shares under the Rights Issue.
In consequence of the Rights Issue, the interests of the Directors in the Company's ordinary shares of 10p each increased as follows:
