Land Securities Group PLC 13 July 2018 Β ο»Ώ Land Securities Group PLC (the "Company") Board and Committee membership Β Land Securities Group PLC today announces, in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.11, the following changes to the Company's Board and Committee composition. Β As previously announced on 15 May 2018, Cressida Hogg has become Chairman of the Company with effect from the close of the Company's AGM on 12 July 2018. Β Cressida, who was already a member of the Nomination Committee, has become Chairman of the Nomination Committee. Stacey Rauch has become a member of the Remuneration Committee. Both these appointments also became effective at the close of the Company's AGM on 12 July 2018.
