TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS AND CAPITAL

Disclosure by the Company pursuant to the Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6(R).

The Company confirms that its total share capital consists of 260,363,101 ordinary shares and that the total number of voting rights in the Company is 260,363,101.

The Company does not hold any treasury shares.

The figure 260,363,101 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
