LAMPRELL PLC("Lamprell" or the "Company" and with its subsidiaries the "Group")
Request for suspension of listing of Ordinary Shares
Further to the announcement on 26 September 2022 and following approval by Lamprell's shareholders at the Company's Extraordinary General Meeting, the Company will be delisted shortly. The Company concluded that it was not possible to complete the review process for the interim financial statements for the six months ended 30 June 2022 ("Interim Results") and publish Interim Results by 30 September 2022, being the last date permitted for publication in accordance with DTR 4.2.2R.
The Company requested to the FCA that the listing of the Company's ordinary shares of 5 pence each (the "Ordinary Shares") be suspended with effect from 7.30 a.m. on 3 October 2022.
As previously announced, the Company will now apply to cancel the admission of the Company's Ordinary Shares from listing on the Financial Conduct Authority's Official List and from trading on the London Stock Exchange's Main Market for listed securities. The cancellation is expected to take effect on 25 October 2022.
