Lamprell plc01 April 2008 Lamprell plc ("Lamprell" or the "Company") Directors' / PDMR Shareholdings In accordance with Rule 17 of the AIM Rules, the Company wishes to notify thefollowing change in the interest in Ordinary shares in the Company ("Shares") ofMr. Peter Whitbread, the Chief Executive Officer of the Company (the "CEO") andMr. David Moran, the Chief Operating Officer of the Company (the "COO"). The Company was notified today that Mr. Whitbread sold 1,250,000 shares at 400pence per share on 31 March 2008. As a result of the above transactions, MrWhitbread now has an interest in 1,550,000 Ordinary Shares representingapproximately 0.8% of the voting rights attaching to shares of the Company. The Company was also notified today that Mr. Moran sold 1,090,000 shares at 400pence per share on 31 March 2008. As a result of the above transactions, Mr.Moran now has an interest in 814,750 Ordinary Shares representing approximately0.4% of the voting rights attaching to shares of the Company.
