BOARD CHANGE

Lamprell (ticker: LAM), a leading provider of specialist engineering services to the international oil & gas and renewables industry, makes the following announcement:

Due to his increasing commitments in this and other roles, the Chairman of the Company, Jonathan Silver has decided that he should move to the position of Deputy Chairman. He will continue in his existing position until a new Chairman is appointed at which time, he will take up the new role. An external search for a new Chairman is at an advanced stage.
