Publication of Annual Report and Accounts

Keywords Studios, the international technical and creative services provider to the global video games industry, confirms that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2019, including notice of the Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on 27 May 2020, has today been published and can be downloaded from the Company's website www.keywordsstudios.com, and these will shortly be posted to shareholders.
Notice of Annual General Meeting
Given the COVID-19 restrictions, it is no longer possible to hold the AGM in the way that the Board had planned and therefore regrettably we cannot allow shareholders to attend in person and the Company's Articles of Association do not currently permit hybrid or virtual meetings.
The AGM will instead be convened on 27 May 2020 at the offices of Keywords Studios, 39 Earlham Street, London, WC2H 9LT, United Kingdom, with the minimum necessary quorum of two shareholders (Chairman and CEO) present in order to conduct the business of the meeting.
The Board of Directors strongly encourages shareholders to vote by proxy in lieu of attending in person.
Shareholders are encouraged to submit any questions they would like to have answered at the AGM by e-mailing it to the Company so as to be received no later than 22 May 2020. The e-mail address that is to be used for these purposes only is: agm@keywordsstudios.com. The Board of Directors will endeavour, where appropriate, to answer such questions by publishing responses on the Company's website at www.keywordsstudios.com as soon as practicable following the AGM.
A video link of a presentation by the CEO of the Company will be made available for shareholders to view from 11:00 a.m. on the day of the AGM on the Company's website at: www.keywordsstudios.com.
The Board of Directors will look at opportunities to meet with shareholders later in the year where possible and only if and when it is deemed safe to do so.
