Kingswalk Investments Limited (AIM: KWI), announces that it received notification on 9 December 2009 from Lindfield Limited that as of 8 December 2009 it controls the voting rights in respect of 10,891,111 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company, which represents approximately 25.6% of the total voting rights of the Company.
