Director shareholding
Kingswood Holdings Limited (AIM: KWG), the integrated wealth management group, announces that the Company has been notified that Graydon Butler, Chief Operating Officer of the Group, has purchased a total of 1,050,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 5.75 pence per Ordinary Share (the "Share Purchase"). Following the Share Purchase, Mr Butler is interested in 1,050,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.67 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
