Completion of the Acquisition of D.J. Cooke (Life & Pensions) Limited 

Kingswood Holdings Limited ("Kingswood") is pleased to announce that it has completed the acquisition of the book of assets of D.J. Cooke (Life & Pensions) Limited based in Conisbrough, South Yorkshire.

Kingswood's client facing advisory team now stands at 94 people, UK funds under advice / management at £7.2 billion, and the number of active clients to over 19,300.

Inclusive of the recent recruitment of financial advisers in the US, Kingswood Group assets under administration ("AuA") will total over £9.4 billion from a combination of both global retail and institutional clients matching our ambition to grow globally as an international integrated full service wealth and investment manager
