In addition, Jonathan Massing, Gary Wilder and David Hudd were all on the board of the Company subsidiaries KW Investment Management Limited, KW Wealth Planning Limited and KW Trading Services Limited at the time of their appointment until their respective resignations from these subsidiary boards in February 2019.
Gary Wilder was a non-executive director of CRYSTAL PALACE F.C. (1986) LIMITED for a brief period from June 1998 until early 1999. After he resigned from the board, the company entered administration in March 1999. The company subsequently entered creditors' voluntary liquidation in May 2003 and later dissolved in February 2009.
