Director & PCA Dealings
Keras Resources Plc was notified on 19 April 2022 that Russell Lamming, Chief Executive Officer of the Company and his spouse, Joanne Lamming a person closely associated ("PCA") to Mr Lamming under the Market Abuse Regulation ("MAR"), have completed dealings in ordinary shares of Keras ("Ordinary Shares") for the purposes of tax planning. Mr Lamming sold 46 million Ordinary Shares held in WB Nominees and then both Mr and Mrs Lamming purchased 23 million Ordinary Shares each through WB Nominees ISAMAX. Post the dealings, Mr Lamming's interest remains at 416,184,497 Ordinary Shares, representing 6.61% of the current issued Ordinary Share capital. The transactions are listed in the Appendix below.
As at 19 April 2022, Mr Lamming's total beneficial interest in the Ordinary Share capital of the Company was held as follows:
