New Customer Contract

ARR for KRM22 plc up to £6.0m

KRM22 plc, (AIM: KRM) the technology and software investment company that focuses on risk management for capital markets, is pleased to announce the signing of a major customer contract for the Limits Manager product.

The Company is pleased to announce it has completed the signing of a contract with a major Futures Commission Merchant ("FCM"), one of industry's top 15 largest FCMs. The three year contract, worth over £0.6m over the life of the contract, is for the Limits Manager product.

The signing of this contract means that seven of the top 15 largest FCMs are now contracted to use the Limits Manager product, both direct with KRM22 and through the sales channel with Trading Technologies International, Inc. ("TT").

Following the announcement of this contract win, and as at the date of this announcement, the Group's Annual Recurring Revenue ("ARR") has increased by £0.2m to £6.0m.
