Remote access to AGM

Kore Potash plc, the potash development company whose flagship asset is the 97%-owned Sintoukola Potash Project, is pleased to advise that the Company will provide remote 'listen-in' access to the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") via a dial-in facility.

As previously announced the AGM will be held at 09:30 (BST) on 9 June 2021 at Memery Crystal LLP, 165 Fleet Street, London EC4A 2DY but due to the uncertainty of restrictions that may be in place on the day of the meeting, shareholders are strongly encouraged not to attend in person but to dial-in to the webcast to listen to the formal business of the meeting.
