Change in Non-Executive Director

Kore Potash, the potash development company with 97%-ownership of the Kola and DX Potash Projects in the Sintoukola Basin, located within the Republic of Congo is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Pablo Hernandez Mac-Donald as a Non-Executive Director of the Board nominated by Sociedad Química y Minera de Chile S.A. ("SQM") with effect from 30 November 2021.

Pablo replaces Mr Ignacio Majluf, who has resigned from employment with SQM and who has subsequently resigned from the Board of Kore Potash with effect from the same date.

Mr Pablo Hernandez Mac-Donald, aged 34, joined SQM in 2013 is the Vice President Finance Commercial Offices within SQM reporting to the Chief Financial Officer of SQM. Pablo completed Industrial Engineering and Master of Science in Engineering degrees having graduated from Pontificia Universidad Catolica de Chile in 2013, and a Master's in Business Administration from Emory University in 2019.
