Appointment of CFO

Kore Potash plc, the potash development company whose flagship asset is the 97%-owned Sintoukola Potash Project ("Kola" or the "Project"), is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Andrey Maruta as Chief Financial Officer ("CFO"), effective from 23 September 2019.

Andrey is a Fellow Chartered and Certified Accountant, with over 16 years' experience in the mining industry including as CFO at Petropavlovsk Plc, which has a Premium Listing on the LSE. Andrey also has worked in the audit function at accountancy firm Moore Stephens International in both the UK and the Russian Federation. Mr. Maruta will report directly to the CEO and is not joining the Company's board.

The current CFO of Kore Potash, Mr. John Crews, has decided to stepdown from the CFO role for personal reasons but will remain available into November to facilitate a smooth transition.

Brad Sampson, Chief Executive of Kore Potash, said: "I am very pleased to announce the appointment of Andrey Maruta as the new CFO of Kore Potash.
