Koovs plc
The Board of Koovs plc ("Koovs", or the "Company") (AIM: KOOV) notes the announcement by HT Media Limited ("HT Media"), a media company listed in India, that the board of HT Media has approved a proposal to invest up to £3 million in Koovs plc.
Koovs confirms that as part of its previously outlined Capital Raising plan, which will conclude by 30 June 2016, it is in discussion with HT Media regarding a potential investment. Koovs will update the market, as required, in due course.
