Koovs plc (AIM: KOOV), the Western fashion experts for online Indian consumers, is pleased to announce that it has appointed Canaccord Genuity Limited ("Canaccord Genuity") as its joint broker, with immediate effect, alongside its existing broker, Whitman Howard.
Capital Markets Day
The Company will be holding a Capital Markets Day for institutional investors, analysts and media on the morning of Tuesday 29th October, starting at 9:30am and concluding at 11:30am.
The event will include presentations from Mary Turner, the Company's Chief Executive Officer, Rob Pursell, the Chief Financial Officer and Christian Westphal, the recently appointed Chief Creative Officer.
These presentations will not contain any material new financial or trading information and will be available on the Group's website - http://www.koovs.com/corporate/# - at 9.30am on 29th October.
