Koovs plc ("Koovs", or the "Company") (AIM: KOOV), the fashion-forward business focused on the young Indian e-commerce market, notes the recent movement in its share price and would like to inform the market that it knows of no specific reason for this price movement.
The Company reported sales* growth of 87% in its trading update for the financial year to 31 March 2017 announced on 4 April 2017, and continues to see year on year growth.
The Company will look to raise additional capital during the course of the year to continue to deliver its growth plans.
* Gross sales order value placed through the KOOVS.COM website including taxes. This does not represent the revenue of the Group.
