The Company has been notified that on 10th September 2015, a Connected Person of Malachy Smith, a PDMR of the Company, sold 8,817 shares in the Company at a price of 227.0p.

Following this notification, Malachy Smith and his Connected Person have a reportable shareholding of 1,398,643 ordinary shares in the issued share capital of the Company, constituting 1.18% of the issued share capital of the Company.
